Every child in Holy Baptism becomes a part of the family of Christ. At Trinity we partner with families in order to live out our baptismal life. We believe parents are the primary nurturers of faith of the household. Our community works to equip families with the tools to grow in faith. We are in this together.
Youth in our church grow in the gift of Faith given by God. Through the vocation of parenthood, Trinity encourages households to gather around God's Word by using in home family devotions and to gather regularly at the church so that they may be encouraged to pass on the true faith that brings salvation to this generation and beyond.
From the young to old, Trinity loves to be the means by which the gift of the Word and Sacraments are offered for the benefit of God's people. We encourage our families and youth to worship and receive these gifts regularly in order to be strengthened in the true faith and thus be blessed together. This begins with the Divine Service!
Teaching what it means to Proclaim Christ to children within our church involves instilling the understanding that Jesus's command to make disciples of all nations applies to them, even at their young age. It's about showing them that sharing the Gospel is a joyful privilege and a lifelong journey. Our Youth have multiple opportunities to respond to the gift of faith by learning and serving their neighbor.
